General Questions
We will be happy to sell you a single track or tire, although we do recommended replacing tracks in pairs to maintain even wear. Another thing to think about is the potential savings on freight from shipping two now vs. shipping one now and another in the future.
Yes we do. We have dock door and ground level access for customer pick-ups. Please let us know at order time that you plan to pick up your item in person. Also, privide a timeframe of when you plan to pick it up, so we can have your shipment ready before you arrive.
Yes, We have price levels for re-sellers and stocking distributors that have re-sale certificates.
Warranty
Yes, we offer a warranty on new products but not on used or clearance items. See our warranty statement for more details.
Shipping
Yes, We ship rubber tracks and undercarriage parts daily around the world on the most popular carriers such as UPS, Fedex, RL Carriers, AAA Cooper, Southeastern Freight Lines and more.
Yes, Tell us at the time of the quote and we can properly calculate shipping costs to a jobsite or residential area. The carriers will schedule an appointment with you for a delivery time because a signature will be required.
Yes, We ship ground and truck freight to Canada but we prefer that you use a freight forwarder if you are shipping beyond North America.
